Rules of participation

Ace Trainers Classic will be hosting many events around the country annually. In order to participate in any Ace Trainers Classic events; you must be a member of Ace Trainers Classic.

The first (founding) members will receive notification seven calendar days before other members when registration for a new event is open. Seven days after the founding members have been notified of the new event; the event registration will be opened up to all members of Ace Trainers classic.

“Founding member” refers to the 50 members who have been members of Ace Trainers Classic by registering and paying annual fees associated with registration, the longest amount of time. Membership lapses; due to non-payment of dues; will cause forfeiture of “founding member” status.

All events will be first-come-first-serve; with 50 founding members being given 7 days advance notice of each event. Only 50 founding members will be allowed to register for events in those 7 days; which will guarantee a spot in all Ace Trainers Classic events to founding members. The advantages of signing up early are significant.
